Who we are

Neuro 369 Pty Ltd ("Neuro 369", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. You can reach us at kimmip@theclinic369.com.

What we collect and why

We collect only what we need:

  • Contact details (name, email) when you contact us or book a session — to respond and provide our services (legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interests)
  • Support messages — to help you with questions or issues (legal basis: legitimate interests)
  • Usage and device data (such as IP address, browser type, and basic telemetry) — to keep the site secure and improve it (legal basis: legitimate interests)

Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — we never see or store your card details.

Your Pendulum journal entries, session records, and progress data stay on your own device in your browser's local storage. They are not uploaded to us, and we cannot see them.

Who we share it with

  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our products, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing
  • Service providers who host or operate our website and tools
  • Professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) where needed
  • Authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email kimmip@theclinic369.com — we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner).

International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Paddle) process data outside Australia. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect the personal information we hold.

Cookies

This site uses only essential storage needed for it to function (for example, remembering your Pendulum settings on your device). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
