Neuro 369 began with a frustration: so many wellbeing tools are built on pressure — streaks, targets, before-and-after photos. We wanted to make something different. Tools that treat you as someone worth caring for, not a problem to fix.
The name comes from the 3-6-9 idea of rhythm and return — the way a pendulum swings back to centre. Our work is about helping people find their way back to calm, again and again, without judgement.
Everything we build is evidence-informed, honest about its limits, and clear that it never replaces care from a qualified professional. Our first service, Pendulum, applies that philosophy to EMDR-style self-guided work around emotional eating.
Digital companions for emotional wellbeing — Pendulum, a self-guided EMDR-style session tool, and Stillpoint, a grounding toolkit for difficult moments.
No weight-shaming, no food rules, no streaks or guilt mechanics, and no claims to be therapy. Success here means caring for yourself a little more each week.

Shared with each client's permission, in their own words or close to them. Everyone's experience is different.
“RF has seen remarkable changes in her understanding of how the brain can sabotage our best intentions when we are bogged down with negative personal cognitions. She is a flourishing example of how EMDR can heal your life and help you become the best version of yourself.”
“JL carried trauma, relationship patterns that kept repeating, and an unhealthy relationship with food. Working online with EMDR alongside our team, things began to shift. She was so happy with her own recovery that she went on to refer many others to us.”
Individual experiences vary. Neuro 369 and Pendulum are supportive tools, not a replacement for care from a qualified professional.
We write about how this work actually feels — what EMDR is, why cravings carry feelings, and why kindness outperforms criticism. Plain language, honest about limits.
